How is Rocksbox responding to COVID-19?

The wellness and safety of our members is our top priority. We have increased the sterilization methods and processes in accordance with recommendations from the CDC. Our jewelry is sterilized with medical-grade alcohol cleaners to ensure cleanliness. Each and every piece is inspected by our dedicated, gloved operations team to ensure you continue to receive the best Rocksbox experience possible.


In our warehouse facility we have increased our cleaning schedules and focuses. All surfaces that associates have contact with (door handles, time clocks, countertops) are cleaned multiple times a day.


At this time, our warehouse is operating at a reduced capacity to ensure the safety and well-being of our team members, as well as the surrounding community. Because of this, you may experience a shipping delay of up to a week. 


We will continue to monitor information and guidance published from the CDC and WHO, and update our practices as needed. We hope you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy.
