Nope! A signature is not required for delivery, which allows you to receive your Rocksbox set anytime. If you do have a lost or missing delivery, please email us right away at members@rocksbox.com.
Please allow 72 hours after your package has been marked as delivered to reach out to Customer Service, as sometimes the package can show up due to a misdelivery or being marked preemptively by the postal worker.
