How do I cancel my account?

You may cancel your membership online by going to My Account > Account Details > Manage My Membership

If you have any questions or trouble you can also...

- Text us at 1-877-478-0450 with your request to cancel and the email associated with your Rocksbox account! OR call and leave a voicemail on the cancel line (option 4), we will get back to you within 48 hours via email (unless you request a phone call)

- Emailing members@rocksbox.com, and let us know the name, email, and shipping address linked with the account

- Submit a cancellation request, here: https://www.rocksbox.com/account/cancel?cancellation_request=true

To finalize your cancellation please return your Rocksbox set before your next billing date to avoid additional membership fees.

Please note that by canceling, you are waiving your current Rockstar Rewards status, any credits in your account, and the current rate of your monthly membership fee. If you activate your Rocksbox membership at a later date, your monthly membership fee may no longer remain the same.
