What if I misplace/lose my return label or envelope?

Not to worry! If you need a return shipping label to replace a lost one, you can print out a replacement label on your account page - Simply go to 'My Account' and under the header 'My Current Set' click the Re-print Shipping Label. (** Please remember to re-size the label when you click on print preview)

If you have lost or misplaced the reusable envelope, you can place your Rocksbox with the pieces you do not want to purchase in any envelope or box in which it will fit. Then just tape the return shipping label onto the package, seal the package and drop it off at a USPS or a USPS drop-off location.
